Ans: We use high quality materials which include, wood, glass, plastic, and ceramic etc.

c). Are all your products handmade or sourced?

Ans. All our products are handmade, perfectly carved to perfection.

d). Do you have a physical store or showroom?

Ans. Currently, we only have online store, but we are planning to make physical showroom in future.

e). How can I contact customer support?

f). Can I request a specific size, color, or design?

Ans. Yes, you can order customized products of specific size, color, and design from our customized section. (please add customized button here if possible).

g). Do I need to pay a deposit for custom orders?

Ans. Yes, our customers have to pay some amount online. After completion of order we will show and share each and every detail of their product.

h). What if I’m not happy with my order?

Ans. We will refund your amount. But, we are 100% sure you will love your order, specially crafted for you by our skilled and experienced crafters.

j). Do you accept cash on delivery or online payments?

Ans. Yes, we accept both. We offer cash on delivery on ready-made items available. But we charge some amount in advance for customized orders.
